Carolina site planning
A grill gazebo needs more than an open spot on a patio. The customer must confirm the base material, drainage direction, clear walking space, grill clearance, and the route from the delivery point to the work area. Coastal exposure, open lots, and storm-prone locations may require a different anchoring review than a protected inland patio.
The included PowerPort does not create a lawful permanent electrical source. Checkout therefore asks whether an existing outdoor-rated receptacle is already available. New wiring, trenching, receptacles, gas work, or appliance connections are separate trade scopes and are not included in the installed package.
What happens before installation
Before the order proceeds, HHM reviews the submitted address, site photographs, access width, carry distance, surface type, requested orientation, utility information, and permit or HOA status. A standard site can continue through the installed-package checkout. Conditions involving structural deck mounting, uncertain utilities, excavation, concrete work, restricted access, or unresolved approvals stop checkout for a separate written scope.
The product price shown at release will cover the identified kit and the published standard installation scope. Any additional work must be accepted in writing before it is performed; it is not silently added after checkout.
Items priced after site validation
- Concrete, slab, deck, paver, or ground preparation
- Deck reinforcement or structural engineering
- Electrical circuit, receptacle, trenching, or permanent connection
- Difficult access, stairs, crane/hoisting, or long material carry
- Permit, HOA, utility-location, or zoning work
- Removal or disposal of an existing structure
Important: This is an installed-product package. The product is not offered as an item-only purchase. Final scope and price depend on site readiness, access, anchoring, delivery, and any required trade work.
Manufacturer performance and warranty statements remain subject to the product-specific manual and required anchoring. HHM installation coverage is stated separately in the final order documents.
