Effective date: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how HHM Custom Homes LLC (“HHM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through HHM Core Blog, hhmcustomhome.com, related HHM pages, and connected project-request tools. It applies to website visitors and people who submit a general inquiry. Separate notices and agreements may apply to customers, financing applicants, employees, trade contractors, subscribers, and other business relationships.

Information HHM may receive

We may receive information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, optional telephone number, property address or general project location, project type, budget range, anticipated timeline, project description, permit information, and communication preferences. The released general project-request form does not accept file or photo uploads.

Do not submit sensitive information through a general project-request form or ordinary email. This includes Social Security or other government identifiers, dates of birth, banking or payment-card information, income or tax records, credit reports, financing documents, government identification, insurance claim or account data, passwords, alarm/gate/access codes, unnecessary medical or disability information, information about minors, or unredacted documents or images containing personal data. A general project request is not a credit application. HHM does not request protected records through this general form.

Website and provider systems may also receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device details, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, pages viewed, form and interaction events, timestamps, security logs, and cookies or similar identifiers.

HHM project-request form

HHM’s current Homeowner Project Request Form is hosted through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Its reviewed public configuration asks for name and email address, with optional telephone number, property-address details, project type, budget range, project timeline, project description, and permit information. It does not accept file uploads. The form requires acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use and request-limited permission for HHM to respond by email, telephone call, or text message. It states that this permission is not consent to marketing or automated or prerecorded calls or texts and that the form is not a credit application.

On HHM pages using a click-to-load control, the embedded form is not requested until you select the load button. Loading the embedded form or opening it separately connects your browser to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector and supporting services. The reviewed form response includes provider telephone and address-autocomplete libraries and Cloudflare Turnstile. GoHighLevel also delivers a generic pixel.js platform library; the reviewed form has a blank Facebook Pixel ID and no configured Meta/Facebook tracker. The exact released response is checked against an approved SHA-256 value, and a changed response is blocked until it is reviewed.

Calculator values processed locally in your browser are not automatically copied into the project form. You choose what to enter. Nothing is submitted merely by selecting the HHM load button.

How information may be used

HHM may use information to receive, review, route, and respond to requests; evaluate potential project fit; maintain customer and project records; operate consent and communications records; provide and improve websites and services; secure systems; prevent fraud, spam, or misuse; troubleshoot and measure performance; comply with contractual and legal obligations; and exercise or defend legal rights.

Telephone numbers submitted with the Homeowner Project Request Form may be used to respond about that request or scheduling. Request-response permission does not authorize unrelated marketing, recurring promotional text messages, or automated or prerecorded calls. Any optional marketing or channel-specific consent must be presented separately, remain optional where required, identify the applicable channel and terms, and be recorded with its wording, source, status, and timestamp.

Providers, recipients, and subscriber routing

HHM may use providers for WordPress hosting, content delivery, forms, customer-relationship management, communications, security, spam prevention, address autocomplete, file storage, analytics, advertising, payments, financing links, and project operations. Providers may process information under applicable arrangements and their own terms and privacy notices.

HHM administers the marketplace lead record as its system of record. The currently released general project-request form routes the request to HHM; it does not by itself authorize HHM to sell or distribute the request to an independent subscriber for that subscriber’s unrelated marketing. Before HHM provides a request to an eligible subscriber or project participant, the applicable intake must identify that disclosure and obtain any permission required for the intended routing. Access is limited, revocable, and purpose-bound to evaluating and responding to the assigned request. It does not authorize unrelated marketing, resale, or unrestricted reuse. Subscriber eligibility, trade and geography matching, licensing or qualification, active status, calendar capacity, agreement status, consent, access controls, and audit logging must be verified before distribution. The applicable subscriber agreement and notice must define whether a recipient acts as HHM’s service provider/processor or as an independent business/controller.

HHM may also disclose information to professional advisers; authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to legal process; and in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of some or all of the business, subject to applicable law.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for security, sessions, forms, preferences, and basic operation. Optional analytics, advertising, remarketing, chat, or social-media technologies must be described and, where required, presented with consent controls before activation. Loading a third-party form may allow that provider and its supporting services to set or read identifiers. Browser controls may limit or delete cookies, but doing so can affect site or form operation.

HHM uses Google AdSense only in clearly labeled, manually controlled placements on explicitly approved informational articles. HHM does not authorize AdSense placements on service pages, product or shopping pages, calculators or their results, HHM Scout conversion paths, project-request forms, account pages, or legal and privacy pages. Google and its partners may process device, network, browser, cookie or similar identifier, consent-choice, advertisement interaction, and usage information to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable requirements. Where required, HHM presents consent or privacy-choice controls before optional advertising storage or processing. You can review Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services at Google’s partner-sites privacy page and manage available choices through the site’s privacy controls.

Retention

HHM applies the following operational retention schedule unless a longer or shorter period is required by law, contract, warranty, insurance, dispute, investigation, or documented legal hold:

  • General inquiries that do not become an active opportunity or project: up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction.
  • Active opportunities, proposals, projects, orders, delivery, installation, warranty, and customer records: while active and generally seven years after completion, cancellation, or the last financial transaction.
  • Consent, communication-preference, opt-out, and suppression evidence: generally five years after the last recorded event; a minimal suppression record may be kept longer when needed to honor a do-not-contact request.
  • Subscriber assignment and lead-stage audit records: generally five years after the assignment closes, subject to the applicable agreement and dispute requirements.
  • Routine security and access logs: generally up to 12 months, unless associated with an incident, fraud review, or legal obligation.
  • Rolling backups: ordinarily age out within 90 days; deletion from active systems may not immediately remove a record from an encrypted backup that is access-restricted and allowed to expire.

The general project-request form does not accept file uploads. If HHM later provides a protected upload channel for a defined project purpose, the notice for that channel must state its retention and access rules. Financing applications remain on the identified provider’s secure site and are governed by that provider’s retention practices. HHM reviews connected-system settings against this schedule and restricts or deletes records when their approved purpose ends. Legal holds, fraud prevention, disputes, backup cycles, and restoration from backup may delay final deletion.

Security

HHM uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Use the identified financing provider’s secure application for financing information and follow HHM’s approved protected-document process when one is provided.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted or ask HHM to stop non-required communications by emailing group@hhmcustomhome.com. HHM may need to verify identity and authority and may retain information when permitted or required. Rights vary by jurisdiction and are subject to exceptions. Stopping marketing does not prevent a permitted response to an active request or other non-marketing communication.

Children

HHM’s websites and general project-request tools are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about a child unless it is reasonably necessary for a legitimate project purpose and you are authorized to provide it.

Changes and contact

HHM may update this policy as sites, providers, forms, advertising, retention practices, or operations change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes must complete HHM’s governance process before publication.

Project availability, licensing, and service coverage vary by location and scope. A privacy request does not create a construction, brokerage, professional-client, financing, or other contractual relationship.
