Information that helps HHM review a request

• The property city, state, and ZIP code.
• The project type and the areas of the property involved.
• Your main goals, known concerns, and desired timing.
• A general planning range, if you have one.
• The best non-sensitive way for HHM to respond.

Initial information helps with routing only. It does not establish feasibility, scope, price, schedule, project acceptance, financing eligibility, or a contractor-client relationship.

What happens after you send a request

HHM will review a request sent through the governed form or the displayed HHM email address for project type, location, and available next steps. If follow-up is appropriate, HHM may respond about the request or scheduling. The currently released form routes the request to HHM. It does not authorize unrelated marketing, recurring text messages, automated or prerecorded calls, or distribution to an independent subscriber. Any later subscriber assignment must be separately disclosed and permissioned where required.

A preliminary response is not a quote, proposal, design, engineering or permit determination, financing decision, or promise that HHM or a participating professional will accept or perform the project. Written agreements control any later engagement.

For an existing HHM matter, an accessibility concern, a privacy request, or a correction to published information, email group@hhmcustomhome.com. Do not send sensitive financial, identity, health, security, or account information by ordinary email.
