Carolina site planning
A swing set needs a level, drainable play area plus the manufacturer-required use zone around every swing, slide, ladder, and elevated platform. Checkout collects full-site photographs, approximate dimensions, slope, surface type, overhead limbs, nearby fences and structures, and the route from the unloading point. A product footprint alone is not enough to establish a safe location.
Carolina clay, recently filled soil, standing water, exposed roots, septic areas, easements, and storm-damaged trees can change the installation scope. Sand for the lower play area, engineered playground surfacing, grading, tree work, drainage correction, concrete, and retaining work are separate unless the final order expressly includes them.
What happens before installation
Before payment, HHM screens the delivery address, access width, stairs, carry distance, site dimensions, slope, drainage, utility information, permit or HOA status, and residential-use acknowledgment. A prepared site can continue through installed-package checkout. Uncertain utilities, inadequate use-zone clearance, substantial grading, retaining conditions, or restricted equipment access stop checkout for a written scope.
After site approval and delivery confirmation, HHM inventories the cartons, assembles the identified kit, completes the approved anchoring, consolidates packaging, and reviews use, inspection, maintenance, and surfacing responsibilities with the customer. Manufacturer warranty terms and HHM workmanship coverage remain separate.
Items priced after site validation

Important: This is an installed-product package. The product is not offered as an item-only purchase. Final scope and price depend on site readiness, access, anchoring, delivery, and any required trade work.
Manufacturer performance and warranty statements remain subject to the product-specific manual and required anchoring. HHM installation coverage is stated separately in the final order documents.
