Professionally installed by HHM Custom Homes. This six-camera wired video-surveillance package is built around the Uniview EK-S31P8B46T2 system for eligible homes, small businesses, workshops, and jobsite facilities in North Carolina and South Carolina.
What the package includes

- Recorder, power components, and the standard connection accessories supplied with the exact kit
The eight-channel recorder leaves two channels available for compatible cameras selected and verified separately.
Standard HHM installation
The displayed package price combines the exact equipment kit with HHM’s published standard installation scope. Standard installation includes a site-readiness review; confirmation of the camera layout; mounting on approved, accessible surfaces; standard low-voltage cable routing within the accepted allowance; recorder setup; basic network connection; recording and motion-setting configuration; system testing; cleanup; and a customer handoff. Mobile viewing is configured when the customer’s network, device, and account conditions permit.
What HHM verifies before accepting the order
HHM confirms current exact-model availability, camera locations, mounting surfaces and heights, cable routes, attic or crawlspace access, network and electrical readiness, storage goals, privacy considerations, local requirements, delivery access, and installation capacity. The accepted order identifies the final layout and any work outside the standard package.
Items outside the standard package
Unless specifically added in writing, the package does not include electrical or network upgrades, a monitor, specialty lifts or scaffolding, trenching, masonry or finish restoration, concealed-condition repairs, extended cable routes, subscriptions, professional monitoring, permits, hazardous-material work, or other work beyond the accepted scope.
Price, delivery, and warranty
The displayed amount is for the product plus the published standard HHM installation scope. Applicable tax and any nonstandard delivery, access, permitting, or site-work charge are disclosed before the order is accepted. The manufacturer currently describes a three-year equipment warranty for this system; the manufacturer’s written terms control. Any HHM workmanship coverage is stated separately in the accepted order.
