Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure

HHM Core Blog is operated by HHM Custom Homes LLC. The site may discuss HHM products and services, display advertising, publish sponsored material, use affiliate links, receive products or services for evaluation, refer visitors to third-party providers, or offer products and installed project packages as an authorized reseller. These relationships can create a commercial interest. A material relationship must be disclosed clearly near the affected recommendation, link, product, calculator, video, or call to action when context requires it.
HHM products, reseller pricing, and installation
HHM may earn revenue from its own construction, renovation, installation, delivery, consulting, product, and related services. HHM may also resell supplier or retailer products when authorized. A displayed product price may include an HHM markup, handling, sourcing, delivery, or service component. Where HHM uses its planned five-percent retailer-product markup, the applicable product or checkout context must identify the HHM seller and the items included in the displayed amount.
A product-only sale is different from an installed project. Installed-package pricing must identify the included product, labor, normal delivery or freight assumptions, installation scope, commissioning or startup where applicable, and material exclusions. Site conditions, permits, engineering, electrical, plumbing, gas, structural work, equipment, crew, route, unloading, taxes, and change orders may alter the final written price. Backyard structures and other site-dependent packages must not be advertised as product-only when HHM is offering the installed solution.
Affiliate links, sponsorships, and supplied media
If a reader follows an affiliate or tracked link and completes a qualifying purchase or action, HHM may receive compensation. A supplier, manufacturer, retailer, marketplace, or other party may also provide free or discounted access, samples, media, products, services, or sponsorship. Compensation or access does not guarantee a favorable review, suitability, availability, code compliance, warranty coverage, or a particular result.
Supplier names, product images, videos, trademarks, and specifications remain subject to their owners’ rights and current terms. HHM’s authorized-reseller relationship does not make every supplier asset available for every form of publication or advertising. Media and product claims must pass HHM’s source-rights, product-truth, accessibility, and council-review process before release.
Advertising
The site may display Google AdSense contextual or interest-based advertising in clearly labeled, manually controlled placements on explicitly approved informational articles. HHM does not place these ads on service pages, product or shopping pages, calculators or their results, HHM Scout conversion paths, project-request forms, account pages, or legal and privacy pages. An advertisement is not an HHM endorsement, recommendation, warranty, or representation that the advertised product or service is appropriate for a reader or project. Applicable privacy notices, regional consent controls, and provider requirements govern ad delivery and measurement.
Financing links
HHM may link to Foundation Finance or another approved third-party financing provider and may have a commercial relationship with that provider. Financing links are not credit offers, approvals, rate promises, payment quotes, or guarantees. Applications continue on the provider’s secure site under its current terms, privacy notice, eligibility, underwriting, rates, fees, and disclosures. Any compensation or dealer relationship that requires disclosure must be identified with the applicable financing presentation.
Lead and subscriber relationships
HHM may operate an HHM-controlled marketplace for project requests. Unbooked requests may be available under approved free-lead rules, booked requests may carry an agreed charge, and contracted requests may create an agreed HHM share from a verified deposit. Those commercial rules apply between HHM and an approved subscriber under a separate agreement. They do not transfer ownership of a homeowner’s personal information or authorize unrelated marketing. The homeowner intake must separately disclose any distribution to an independent participant and obtain required permission before that distribution occurs.
Independent decisions
Prices, discounts, availability, eligibility, specifications, lead times, delivery terms, warranties, and provider terms can change. A link, advertisement, mention, ranking, calculator result, or commercial relationship is not a guarantee that a product, service, contractor, financing option, or result is suitable for every reader, property, or project. Verify current information and use qualified professional advice where appropriate.
